The choker can be made to fit so long as your neck size is within the length range listed above.

Usually I punch 3 holes in the strap, one at the length of the neck, and then one more on either side, 1" from the first hole. I'll then cut the rest of the strap off, leaving about 2" of tail at the end so it can fit under the buckle even when worn at the largest size.
